Description
This darker roast plays on the flavors of tangy dark chocolate, cocoa nibs and a fruited note similar to tamarind. This java origin really plays on the sweet and savory aspects a coffee can exhibit and is an excellent example of how roast levels affect flavor as we also offer this bean in a light roast version).

Must say all the coffees we have tried so far were fantastic. Nothing beats a fresh roast!
