Description
From the island of Flores in Indonesia, this wet hulled (or “giling basah”) coffee gives the best Sumatran coffees a run for their money. This earthy coffee features bass notes of chocolate and rustic sweetness like sorghum syrup. The earth tones are accentuated with hints of green herbs, pipe tobacco, pine oil and aromatic wood.
