Description
From the Huila region of Colombia, this coffee was double fermented prior to drying. The Pink Bourbon cultivar is a rare one and this example highlights notes of guava, apricot, honey, and citrus with underpinnings of muscovado sugar and a hint of basil. Different notes will shine depending on the brewing method used. Insanely delicious as a pour-over coffee.
