Description
A burnt sugar sweetness underscores the exotic nature of this coffee and provides the base for the dark fruit and winey aspects of the cup. Fruits are very much at the front such as berry liqueurs, ripe pear, plum wine, and a note of honey mead.

Nice acidity, highly fruity as described. I was pleasantly surprised at how complex my cups using this roast were. Would recommend to someone looking to try something new.
